While we travel and explore new places we all walk a lot. So I was thinking to write a bit about exactly this movement. The famous 10.000 steps a day, which means you walk approximately 8 km. It’s not impossible and certainly combined with the normal amount of movement it requires an hour a day of proper dedication to walking.  

The Academie of Nutrition and Dietetics calculated that 10.000 steps a day will roughly burn 0.5 kilo of fat in a week. Not bad. If you want to enjoy the outdoors and getting fit in at the same time walking is an option  

So i give you an idea for your New Years resolution.
